Over 30 years of expertise in holistic health and managing stress has affected me too, as the practitioner. Healers are always healing thine selves and I love the journey and growth.
I manage multiple businesses - one of them as a life coach, have a family of 5 (not counting my dog), volunteer, am a hula performer and teacher, and mother with special needs kids, plural kids.
Managing life fairly well is not accidental. Life is full and real and INTENTIONAL, mindful, and beautiful.
